About Us

Friends of the King Eddy Society was founded on the idea that a city can not move forward if it doesn't honour its past. The King Edward Hotel is very much a part of our city's history.

Our team is made up entirely of volunteers. We advocate for the support of Blues Music and the musicians who make their living performing the music that speaks to our souls and tells our history.
